Tika Rai, PhD, PMP
Tika, the co-founder of Systemic Excellence Global and a Digital Transformation and PPP Sr. Consultant, focuses on operationalization of digital strategies through a change management project, program, and portfolio lens to help organizations realize their business goals. He recognizes that an organization’s cultural DNA on E.I. and health are critical aspects for both successful change and adaptation and resiliency for future changes.
Tika is an electrical engineer by trade with 20+ years of PPP experience in both private and non-profit spaces. His continued exploration and discovery of different cultures – both in work and personal life of an individual – while working in Asia, Europe, and the US has helped him champion the needed intricacies to help diverse teams thrive to achieve business goals. He is an active IPMA Project Excellence Award assessor; VP of Asia Pacific Federation of PM; and executive board member of PM4NGOs.
